Bone Claws: Wolverine possesses 3 bone claws harnessed in each forearm, which come out through the skin between his knuckles. His flesh bleeds every time he "pops" his claws but his healing factor quickly stops it. The claws are able to cut through flesh, stone, bone, and other materials.

Adamantium-Laced Skeleton and Claws: Thanks to his unique regenerative abilities, Wolverine was able to survive the bonding of the indestructible metal alloy to his skeleton and claws. This virtually makes his bones unbreakable and also makes him able to cut through any substance with his claws. It also takes away the limits put forth by a normal skeleton, allowing him to lift more than a normal person and kick/punch with more effectiveness. And because it is believed that Wolverine can only be killed by being decapitated, he is now thought to be nearly unkillable, although if someone or something was to remove the adamantium, Wolverine could possibly be killed. His skeleton can also be damaged by adamantium at a high velocity, though this is not nearly enough to kill him. It is not easy to do this, however-- he would have to be shot at close range by preferably an adamantium bullet to be damaged.

PERSONALITY:Wolverine will sometimes lapse into a "berserker rage" while in close combat. In this state he lashes out with the intensity and aggression of an enraged animal and is even more resistant to psionic attack, though he loathes it, he acknowledges that it has saved his life many times. Despite his apparent ease at taking lives, he does not enjoy killing or giving in to his berserker rages. Logan adheres to a firm code of personal honor and morality. In contrast to his brutish nature, Wolverine is extremely intelligent. Due to his increased lifespan, he has traveled around the world and amassed extensive knowledge of foreign languages and cultures. HISTORY:
James Howlett's powers first manifested in 1845 Canada after he witnessed the death of his father at the hands of Thomas Logan, who revealed that he was James' biological father only after the grief-stricken James has impaled him with his newly sprung claws. Fleeing with his half-brother Victor, the two spent the next several decades operating as soldiers in various wars until they were recruited by William Stryker to join a special team. During a mission in Africa, James left the team after realizing how willing the other members were to kill innocent people to achieve their goals, especially Victor who had developed something of a bloodlust. Moving on to become a lumberjack with a woman called Kayla Silverfox, James - going by the name of his real father, Logan - was lured back to Stryker after the apparently rogue Victor killed Kayla. This prompted him to agree to Stryker's offer to bond his skeleton with adamantium in order to give him the strength to kill Victor. He asked for dog tags that wrote 'Wolverine' from a tale Kayla had told him, only to flee when he learned that Stryker intended to erase his memories and use his DNA as part of another experiment. Escaping the labs and eliminating the first wave of pursuers - along with his former teammate Agent Zero - Wolverine tracked down teammates John Wraith and Fred Dukes, and learned of a facility where Stryker kept mutants prisoner. Finding the facility (which was located on Three Mile Island) with the aid of Gambit the only mutant alive to escape it - Wolverine was horrified to learn that Kayla was actually an agent of Stryker's all along and her death was faked. Logan was spurred back into action when he learned that she did genuinely love him.

The mutant prisoners escaped, including Kayla's sister Emma and Scott Summers. Wolverine confronted the newly-activated 'Weapon XI' (his old teammate Wade Wilson, his mouth now sealed shut and artificially granted multiple mutant powers), and defeated him with the aid of Victor, who vowed that only he would get to kill his brother. Before Wolverine could leave with Kayla, however, Stryker shot him in the head with adamantium bullets, subsequently departing after Kayla ordered him to leave using her power of persuasion. When Wolverine regained consciousness, his injuries had healed but the damage to his brain had seemingly permanently destroyed his memories. Wolverine departed the island with no recollection of his past. Logan became a cigar-smoking loner in Canada where he took on cage fights to make money as "The Wolverine", taking advantage of his adamantium skeleton. One night in a bar, he encountered a young Rogue. She saw Wolverine unleash his retractable adamantium-laced claws when another man engaged Logan in a fight. He soon left in his truck, with Rogue sneakily stowing away in the bed. When Logan realized she was in it, he kicked her out, but soon decided to let her ride with him.

On their way, their truck was attacked by Sabretooth (his brother Victor, who had mutated into a feral beast). Wolverine fought him, but was knocked out. Before Sabretooth could do any further damage, he was stopped and chased away by two mutants, Cyclops and Storm, who rescued both Wolverine and Rogue and brought them to the X-Mansion. When Dr. Jean Grey tried to treat an unconscious Logan, he escaped the medical lab and started exploring the mansion. He discovered that he was in a special school with mutants who were trying to control their unnatural abilities under the tutelage of Professor Charles Xavier. Professor X convinced Wolverine to stay with them and become an X-Man, as he could have a greater chance of discovering more about his forgotten past. He agreed and stayed. A rivalry immediately formed between he and Cyclops as he flirted with Jean, Cyclops's girlfriend. Later, in order to lure Rogue out of the X-Mansion, Mystique impersonated Bobby Drake, a student who befriended her, and tricked her into leaving as she was a "danger" to everybody else. Magneto planned to use Rogue to control a machine that could turn all humans into mutants. When Wolverine found out about Rogue's absence, he along with the X-Men reached the Statue of Liberty where Magneto was operating on his plans. In the process, Wolverine encountered Mystique and stabbed her, nearly killing her, but she survived. He and Sabretooth engaged in battle, ending with Cyclops blasting Sabretooth off the Statue (never to be seen again). In the end, Wolverine freed Rogue from Magneto and the machine, although it seemed to have been too late to save her. Wolverine suffered life-threatening injuries when he intentionally made contact with Rogue, allowing her to absorb his mutant healing factor in order to recover. After awakening in the mansion and recovering from his vast injuries, he declared his sincere amorous feelings for a reticent Jean. As a reward of his victory along with the X-Men, Professor X gave Wolverine a hint for the search of his past, directing him to the mysterious Alkali Lake in Canada. Prior to his departure, Wolverine left his dog tag necklace with Rogue, promising that he would come back for it. He departed on Cyclops' bike towards his destination.

Continuing his search, Logan finally discovered Alkali Lake, only to find an old and deserted factory. Disappointed, he returned to the X-Mansion. Upon returning, Logan was given the responsibility of looking after the mutant children in Professor X's absence, who planned to visit Magneto in his "plastic prison" with Cyclops to discover the information he had given to William Stryker. Jean Grey and Storm also left in search of Nightcrawler, who had been accused of attacking the President of the United States. When the Professor was interrogating Magneto, he learned that Magneto had leaked all the information about the X-Mansion and Cerebro to Stryker under the influence of a brainwashing drug). Moreover, Professor X was then kidnapped along with Cyclops by Stryker's forces. Back in the X-Mansion, at night, Wolverine had nightmares of his involvement in the mysterious Weapon X program, and decided to walk around the mansion, and he started chatting with Bobby Drake (Iceman), Rogue's boyfriend. All of a sudden, Stryker along with his military troops invaded the mansion and began to the look for Cerebro. Wolverine killed many of the soldiers, and saved the mutant children. He asked Colossus, Bobby, Rogue and Pyro to leave. As he was about to escape, he was confronted by William Stryker, whose presence struck more forgotten memories. He shook out of it, however, and left with the remaining X-Men in a car headed for Boston to Bobby's house. Meanwhile, Stryker found Cerebro and confiscated it.
When Storm and Jean, along with Nightcrawler, learned of the attack on the X-Mansion from Wolverine, they headed towards Boston in the X-Jet to pick up the X-Men from Bobby's house. During the their journey, Magneto and Mystique, who helped the former to escape from his prison, offered their help to the X-Men in bringing down William Stryker, who, as revealed by Magneto, was planning to use Professor X and his handling of the Cerebro to kill all the mutants on Earth. It was also revealed that Stryker's base of operations was at Alkali Lake (albeit underground). The X-Men agreed to form the alliance. Wolverine later kissed Jean, but was rejected by her as she told him that she loved Scott. Mystique, seeing this exchange, took advantage of Wolverine's love for Jean and approached him in his tent, disguised as Jean, but Wolverine quickly discerned that she was an imposter (by the wound on her stomach made by Wolverine's claws) and rejected her. Jean discovered that Stryker's base was underground with the help of Nightcrawler. Mystique, impersonating Wolverine, infiltrated the base and tricked Stryker's troops to open a gateway for the X-Men to enter. There, Wolverine decided to explore the base all by himself and he came across a laboratory where he saw his claws' scratch marks on the walls. He started remembering what happened to him and how he was experimented upon with the adamantium. William Stryker arrived and cleared Wolverine's doubts, revealing that he had created the "animal within Wolverine". When Wolverine was about to get his hands on him, Stryker introduced another mutant with an adamantium skeleton and claws, Deathstryke, who battled him but but was ultimately disabled. He trailed Styker while the X-Men rescued Cyclops, Professor X and the kidnapped mutant children.

After the destruction of his base, Stryker tried to flee using his helicopter but was caught by Wolverine and interrogated. Stryker refused to cooperate and was pinned by Wolverine, who left him to be drowned in the impending flood caused by the damaged dam. When the X-Men were about to leave, Jean sacrificed herself by protecting them from the flood. Wolverine and Cyclops mourned her death. Logan later informed Scott that Jean had chosen to be with the latter. Logan, seemingly more comfortable in his role as an X-Man, substituted for Cyclops, who had not yet recovered from Jean's death, for a Danger Room session. He didn't take it seriously and told Storm that the students weren't ready for combat. Professor X sent Logan and Storm to Alkali Lake as he sensed something was wrong. There, they found a comatose Jean, who had survived. Logan also found Cyclops' glasses, suggesting he had been killed. Back at the mansion, Logan learns that another part of Jean's psyche, The Phoenix (a destructive force), had manifested itself.
When "The Phoenix" escaped, Wolverine, Storm and Professor X found her in her old home. Jean was angered and, with her amazing powers, seemingly killed the Professor and fled with Magneto. Wolverine, Storm, Beast and the younger X-Men, later confronted the Brotherhood and Phoenix, who were trying to kill Leech, the young boy whose powers were being used for the mutant cure. Wolverine and Beast managed to inject Magneto with the cure, depowering him. The Phoenix began to destroy everything in a rage and was confronted by Wolverine. The good part of her psyche appeared for a moment and begged Logan to kill her. Logan professed his love for her and quickly stabbed her with his claws. Back at the mansion, Logan stood on the balcony and stared out as the new school year began.

From Stargate Helix: Khan walked towards the infirmary in Neverland he didn’t bother to stop when the other medical doctors ran up towards him to check him out he had other things on his mind. Khan walked into the infirmary and sat down on an empty chair and waited till a doctor was free. “Your lucky Mr. Soriano any upwards you would have to lose the leg take some rest we’ve got a empty bed set up for you we’ve already informed Colonel Johnson.” Khan nodded and slowly walked towards the bed and feel into a deep sleep.

Dream: Past

It was a typical morning for Khan and his family; Khan was up first and already changed into his military uniform for his daily task it was going to be a good day for Khan he was finally going to get a chance to command his own strike team. At twenty one years old Khan had been training hard and he was promoted to Specialist only yesterday; his father was proud of him. A figure ran down the stairs; it soon was revealed to be Khan’s fifteen year old sister Kari who looked more like Khan’s mother than anything else. “Hey you know what today is brother? I start medical training.” Kari replied smiling; Khan almost forgot about it he was too busy thinking about his new command position. “Sorry sis I completely forgot about your training today was caught up with my own.” Khan smiled looking embarrassed though Kari just smiled and shrugged it away the bond that the two shared was amazing even as other siblings fought a lot though for Khan and Kari it was different.

Khan stood up from the table and placed his empty bowl in its proper place he turned to his sister. “Well good luck Kari I’m of to the base to receive my first assignment tell father and mother that I may be a bit late home.” Khan explained to his sister the two shared in a hug and Khan walked over to a cupboard to collect his rifle and his combat pistol he noticed that his father’s weapons where already gone since he left already. “Bye Khan see you this afternoon.” Kari called as Khan walked out from the home. The walk to the military base wasn’t really far since Khan’s father was a commander several ranks higher than Khan’s rank specialist though Khan was bothered about he new his father earned the rank as did he with his own. Another soldier ran up to Khan; the other man was Khan’s best friend since childhood. “Lorkin you made it ready for today’s assignment?” Khan laughed as he watched his friend approach him. “As always Khan, though I’m surprised I’ve made it; I would’ve sworn I’d be late after the night I’ve had.” Khan just shook his head and laughed.

The two walked up the hill together and they flashed their id badges once they walked towards the front gates. The guards checked the id badges and gave a nod; moments latter the big gates opened and Khan and Lorkin walked through the gates and towards the command center. “Man everyone seems tense today see that guard before Khan?” Lorkin explained Khan merely nodded he knew something was up he didn’t know what. After showing their id badges at the front counter of the command post and stepped forward Khan looked back and noticed the guard looking scared and afraid Khan could sense it from the guard pouring out of him. “Khan; son hurry up the meeting is about to start we’re in trouble we’ve just got word of a wraith attack on our home world it’s why everyone is so bloody tense.” Khan looked back at his father in shock. “What when?” Was all Khan managed to say. The three warriors ran the rest of the way into a small room where the entire department heads where. Khan took a seat next to Lorkin he watched his father sat next to the military’s commanding officer.

“Good morning as you may have herd our senses have detected several wraith hive ships coming towards us. We new this day was soon upon us and we must defend this world for generations to come. Our battle plan is to get all non military personnel of the planet as quickly as possible once done we can focus all our military strength on the wraith. If we fall today we will safely no that our race will live on we will not give in to the wraith’s demands nor their threats we are a proud people and have great honor. Good luck to you all dismissed.” Khan exchanged a few nods to his father as he watched him leave the room he found out that his father had been given the task to command the retreat of non military people. Khan however was soon given the task for security he knew what to do as did Lorkin who was with him. It didn’t take long before the first hive ship to enter the planet from space and the bombing started. Khan and Lorkin bolted towards the nerve center as they just got word that a small group of wraith had broke in and blocked several non military personnel from escaping.

It didn’t take long for Khan and Lorkin to reach the nerve center as they did they spotted several wraith troops. Khan and Lorkin opened fire and within moments they where engaged into a battle with the wraith. An explosion erupted and several soldiers where thrown back. Their bodies landed next to Khan which only angered him further which will be very bad for the wraith. One last energy bolt from his combat pistol ended the first match with the wraith; Khan and Lorkin walked silently into the nerve center searching for the non military personnel that where being blocked from the wraith before. “Where are they?” Khan asked. Lorkin just shrugged he didn’t either then several figures approached them and soon Khan realized that one of them was his sister Kari. Another woman spoke to both Khan and Lorkin. “Specialist we’re part of the medical training group here at the military base that’s when the wraith attacked us we lost our escort. Till you two showed up that is.” The woman explained. “If you follow us we’ll lead you through the escape routes and to the departure group.” Khan replied to the woman he was also thinking for his sister’s well being as well.

“Thanks Khan.” Kari explained as she hugged Khan. Khan could tell that his sister was scared heck even he was and wasn’t very often but the wraith was a pain to deal with. “Hey that’s okay glad your okay. Alright everyone stay close and don’t stop for anything till we are out of the escape routes.” The escape routes was a tunnel that lead to another small building close to the Stargate where they could escape off world though Lorkin and Khan where going back to the main battle after they made sure that the medical training group and Khan’s sister Kari where all right and home free. Though getting to the tunnel was going to be hard but Khan wasn’t going to give up and he knew that Lorkin wasn’t about to as well. The small group started to walk towards the tunnel it was several floors down from where they where at the never center and it’s likely that the wraith would be in the building well more than the first group they already killed. Khan noticed the steps to lead to the next floor down; he signaled Lorkin to be on guard as the group walked down the steps.

Upon approaching the first floor from the nerve center Khan noticed no one only scorch marks and flames nothing more no people and no wraith. This confused Khan never much though he wasn’t about to relax just because they couldn’t see anyone or anything. The small group reached the center of the room that’s when the wraith jumped out of no where and blasted one of the students which ended in that student’s death. Lorkin and Khan opened fire at maximum setting in their combat pistols. When the last wraith fell down dead Khan, Lorkin and the small group rushed towards the steps to get to the second floor from the nerve center. Upon arriving in the second floor from the nerve center Khan noticed a battle and the soldiers where out numbered by the wraith and needed help. Khan turned towards the medical instructor. “Take the students there and hide. We’re going to help those people go now.” Khan explained as both Lorkin and Khan approached the group. Though upon arriving at the group Khan Saw Grintin get shot by a wraith blaster in the chest which angered Khan even more. Grintin was another one of Khan’s friends but he and Lorkin met during military training Kahn was now officially pissed off. Rising from cover Khan pulled the trigger and blasted the wraith that shot Grintin and a few more.

The battle raged on with a few more soldiers losing their lives till there was only four remaining including Khan and Lorkin. The remaining people managed to back the wraith into a wall and finish them of within a matter of moments. Khan had only one thing on his mind he turned away from the dead wraith bodies and quickly ran to find the medical training group still alive. Khan sighed in relief knowing that they where now safe and out of harms way for now. “Okay one more floor to go then the tunnel hopefully the wraith hasn’t blocked that path but for now we’re alright.” As Khan finished speaking another bomb dropped from the hive ship and rocked the building they where in; Khan only hopped that his parents where okay. Khan turned and with the group of soldiers and medical training group they made their way towards the steps and finally the tunnel which then will be home free to the escape building. Khan went first as he slowly made his way down the steps, next was Lorkin and the rest of the soldiers and medical training group. Upon reaching the last floor Khan noticed how quiet everything was; remembering what happened before he signaled the medical training group to go find somewhere to hide.

Reaching in his military jacket Khan took out a couple of grenades he pointed to Lorkin to where a desk had fallen over. Lorkin spotted the wraith head moving and nodded taking out a grenade as well. Activating one grenade Khan threw it over the desk which bounced of the wall and exploded above the group of wraith causing them to split apart and charge towards Khan and company. The small military group opened fire while Khan and Lorkin threw a grenade each causing the wraith to launch into the air and falling dead onto the floor. “Medical group move towards the tunnel now we don’t know how many more wraith are here this is our only open window now move!” Khan yelled as he watched his sister Kari move first then the rest of the training group. Satisfied that they where safe Khan and the soldiers scouted the place for a moment till a wraith blaster was herd. Turning towards Lorkin Khan noticed the blood now pouring from his chest. Khan raced towards Lorkin and held onto him as the remaining soldiers engaged in battle with the wraith. “Please Lorkin don’t give up on me now you can still make it.” Khan yelled though Lorkin simply shook his head.

“Sorry buddy not this time here take it lead your sister and the others out of here.” Lorkin shakily handed Khan his combat pistol and closed his eyes. Khan broke into tears as he watched his best friend die in his arms standing up he took both pistols and engaged into combat with the wraith to help the reaming soldiers while they listened to battle outside the building. Khan knew they where losing but that didn’t stop him from trying he wasn’t about to give up not now not ever. “Concentrate fire on the first line of wraith if you have any grenades left use them.” Khan yelled. Within moments the remaining soldiers defeated the wraith that where blocking their path. Khan and the other soldiers turned and made a run for it towards the tunnel. With every step Khan took his heart pumped even harder wondering if his sister was alive or not. His answers where answered when they reached the other side other the tunnel and he noticed his sister and the medial training group inside the escape building waiting for them. “Where’s Lorkin?” Kari asked Khan. “He’s gone a wraith shot him.” Khan explained to his sister. Taking out a telescope Khan walked over to a window to see if he could spot his father and the non military personnel.

It wasn’t long and Khan noticed his father as he hurried to the Stargate. His father started to dial the gate; Khan didn’t know what planet he had chosen to take the people though if he knew is father they would be safe. “Lets go your ride is about to depart.” Khan yelled as the medical group and the remaining soldiers bolted from the building. Khan was out first his father notice his approach with several other people. “Khan you’re alive. I’m sorry your mother the wraith bombed out house and your mother was still in the building she’s gone son.” Khan now was shocked beyond belief. He’d lost to many people today and now his mother. There was time to mourn for them they still had a duty to do; Khan however now noticed that his sister was still in the building and now a wraith cruiser was approaching them. Turning back he saw his father getting shot several times by a wraith blaster. “Everyone take cover when the ring of the ancestors activates ran for it.” Khan explained it was then he herd a large explosion the building that his sister was in just exploded in flames. Khan got everyone safely through the ring of the ancestors. Khan ran back towards the building when a wraith dart picked him up.

Present Day

Khan opened his eyes he noticed the doctor standing over him. “Mr. Soriano are you okay? You where screaming in your sleep. Something about Kari?” Khan just turned away from the doctor still shaking and seating. He took out a combat pistol from his jacket pocket which had stained blood on it.
