DARKNESS MANIPULATION

Romance has the power of Darkness manipulation. The user can control shadows. One can even deactivate and/or repulse photons or travel through shadows, by converting deactivated photons into a dark version of a portal. Can surround foes in pitch black clouds of light-less space, turn deactivated photons into constructs, or shoot bolts of solid darkness at foes.

DARKFORCE MANIPULATION

Romance also had Darkforce manipulation. The Darkforce is instead a intense-black form of extradimensional energy which can be used in a variety of ways. DarkForce Manipulation is power to control, generate, manipulate or channel dark force energy.

CAN PREFORM:

Darkforce teleportation: They can teleport by entering the Darkforce dimension, moving a short distance within it and emerging back on Earth a great distance from their point of origin. A span of miles on Earth can be traversed in only a few steps via shortcuts through the Darkforce. Some can teleport other persons or objects along with themselves in this fashion, too, a rarely used since most beings cannot safely traverse the Darkforce.

Darkforce Channeling: High-level users can channel Darkforce to create a field of darkness in their general vicinity. People enveloped by this darkness feel numbing cold and crippling fear, sometimes seeing disturbing visions. Overlong exposure to the darkness can drive people insane. Unprotected victims trapped in this dark realm are gradually drained of their life force, and presumably die unless they release them.

Darkforce Projection: High-level users can project the Darkforce into simple mentally controlled forms such as pincers, rings, columns, spheres, and so on. They can form objects with great resistance to concussive forces. They can form objects with a volume sufficient to encompass ten human beings comfortably. These objects are solid and well defined while they consciously will them to be. If they were rendered unconscious, they dissipate. Some can also project a beam of solid force, capable of impacting an object with sufficient power.

Darkforce Flight: Users can channel their dark force energy through their bodies and allow themselves to be projected into the air.

Expert martial artist: Being trained in the facility gives Romance a great level of self defense training. He is capable of beating an opponent double his size with a single blow, and can dodge and weave like an olympic level athlete.

Assassin skills: Having been trained by the facility, Shadow is adept at killing. He knows multiple ways to hurt someone, and knows how to leave no trace. He is keen with the pressure points of the body, and can make you vomit with a single touch to the neck.

Good memory: Romance has an execeptional memory capacity, able to remember every detail about an object. He can remember intelligence he has gained, and memories he doesn't want to.

PERSONALITY: Despite first impressions Romance is a very nice person. He just has issues, as some would say. He loves to be alone sometimes, and blast screamo at deafening levels. He will burst out into song, and always has a camera on him to take pics. He loves food despite how skinny he is, and is fat at heart. Some call him weird, and others think he’s gay, he only responds with ask your mom.

He is the more playful twin in the pack, and it’s very obvious at first look. He has the swagger of someone who doesn't have a care in the world, but he does. He's afraid one that day he'll go to sleep, and wake up back in the faility. He knows nearly everyone in the facility, thanks to his memory, and is currently trying to form a rebelion of escapies, and mutants to destroy the facility.

HISTORY: Romance, like his siblings, was born into the Facility where they grew up. They were trained to learn control of their power, and to be nearly perfect. Romance was treated good by his scientist, and thought that he was in a good place. They told romance he was a god, which made him surpassed his brother in training, and only lose one battle, against Faith Webster. This put his goal into his head, to beat Faith Webster in a fight.

Romance was told he was a twin to a boy named Sirus, and unlike his brother he was told his sister was Onyx. Romance thought this was a reward, but instead it was something far more sinister. They told him this small piece of information to see how he'd react, and interact with his brother. The tst was to see if they would begin to show emotion, and Romance passed as his brother hugged him, showing emotion and failing the test, and his brother was beaten.

He then went back to his "cell" and cried himself to sleep. His care taker started to become more aggressive, Romance didn't know why. He did what he was supposed to, and his was perfect in his own eyes, though his caretaker informed him it was a lie. She told him he wasn't a god, and that he was just another failed experiment. She told him she saw him cry and this wasn't ok, she then began to choke him, and he blasted her into the wall giving her a concussion.

Then one day his sister came to rescue him. She told him about her escape plan, and he followed her, taking Sirus with him. They escaped that night and flew to New York, and Westchester before finding the Brotherhood. They stayed with them for a month before Onyx saw what they really were. They were hideous people, who would do anything to eradicate humans from the mutantsworld. Sirus thought they were amazing but Romance and Onyx disagreed.

They found the X-men, and are currently making their way there. Though Sirus was still curious about the brotherhood. Romance knew this but didn't want to say anything. He knew saying something to Onyx might get him in trouble, and he didn't want trouble.

Since you're hell bent on not listening about your character being over powered, refusing in the cbox to change him when we've asked you multiple times NOT to moan and whine about things pertaining to it in there, I'm denying your character.

There is NO freakin' way that at 18 he is a master martial artist, nor would he be able to expertly use ALL of those powers, nor would he be high-level enough to use said high level powers, which we were nice enough to explain to you via a PM instead of just posting it right on the application.
