Photokinesis
The power to control photons of light with one’s mind, also known as Photokinesis or Photomancy.
Capability
The user can control light. Can bend light to generate meager illusions, become partially invisible, send forth dazzling blinding rays, generate serene crepuscular rays, and even concentrate all surrounding light into a beam, shape and control light, create cloaks, and solidify it.

Unleash a flash of blinding light.
Generate balls of explosive light energy.
Can allow light to pass through the user becoming invisible.

Light absorption: To absorb light to enshroud darkness.

Dazzle: ability to release a chaotic burst of color and light
Light Mist: a glowing or hazy almost fog like effect that obscures the surrounding area
Photon Blasts
Rocket Burst: ability to gain vertical altitude by direction a quick column of light beneath themselves
Heliokinesis
The users can direct and bend the flow of the sun’s power, causing sun spot reactions, UV emission, and promote plant growth. Can cause geomagnetic storms and generate solar wind.
Middle level users can induced power solar flares.
Usages
Generate miniature suns/stars that could damage planets if not handled properly.
Generate solar winds that could destroy all life in the user's surroundings.
Generate Geomagnetic storms that could affect Earth's technology.

PERSONALITY: Sirus is sorta the wild child out of his siblings. He isn't afraid to get up and just do it, and loves trying new things. He is however much more serious than his brother. He follows all objectives on task, and will defend anyone or himself in a heart beat. He hates posers and liars and will let them know.
Sirus is extremely close to his brother and Romances sexuality has rubbed off on him. He isn't afraid to tell people he has a gay brother, and says he could be alittle gay too. He is a great person, and is an amazing friend.

HISTORY: Sirus like his siblings was born into the Facility where they grew up. They were trained here to be the best and they almost succeeded. They were tested in battles against other experiments and lost only twice.
Sirus was told he was a twin to a boy named Romance, and had a sister who wouldn't be named. Sirus thought this was a reward, but instead it was something far more sinister. They told him this small piece of information to see how he'd react, and interact with his brother. He failed after hugging his brother, and nearly signed his death warrant.
They attempted to beat him until he had no emotion left, but he killed a number of scientist and was nearly beaten to death. Then one day his sister came to rescue him. She told him about her escape plan, and he followed her, taking Romance with him. They escaped that night and flew to New York, and Westchester before finding the Brotherhood. Sirus thought they were amazing but Romance and Onyx disagreed.
They found the X-men, and are currently making their way there. Though Sirus was still curious about the brotherhood.
