Mutant Powers and Abilities: Rosetta has the power of Card manipulation. This power is derived from one of the following manners: Magic, Illusion, Telekinesis, or "Finger strength."
It isn't necessary to have any form of power to manipulate cards. However in order to push this ability to its maximum effect it does certainly help to have such an ability.
Usually one using Card Manipulation is known for either throwing cards with supreme accuracy, creating tools (weapons in some cases) out of cards, building giant card houses, or controlling cards like puppets.
Magicians are known for controlling cards via Illusion or Magic. Some have been known to summon giant cards to attack opponents. This has been done to the extent of creating armies of such cards, but don't be silly these cards don't have arms or legs like the card soldiers in Alice and Wonderland. Or sometimes even giant houses of cards.
Tarot cards can also be used by those who possess Card Manipulation. However they must either use magic or "far seeing" in order to accurately predict the future.
Rosetta can charge thes cards with psionic energy, sort of like Gambit's molecular acceleration. She however doesn't make them explode, she allows them to slice through any material in it's path, minus adamantium.
Rosetta also has the power of telekinesis or psychokinesis.Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate and control objects with the mind without physically touching them, especially over long distances. Depending on the user's skill, they may be able to levitate themselves and other objects (including heavy objects), and form protective shields.
Psychokinetic powers often take more exotic and specific forms, allowing their wielders to specialize in fantastic feats, such as Rosetta's card throwing. Rearranging the quantum structure of matter, controlling fire, and bending light are examples of these abilities. Many psychokinetics are unable to manifest their powers beyond their specialty. Tarot can use this ability to fly, and carry others, and her maxium limit of lifting is 10 tons.
Rosetta also has the power to summon people, or objects through her cards. She must place a card on the floor, clap her hands together and concentrate. A beam will shoot out of her hand and land in the card, then the card will open a portal, and the person summoned will appear there.

PERSONALITY: Rosetta is the type of girl you'll find being loud, and singing. She loves to gamble, and will beat you in cards no matter what. She loves money, and is called a hoe by others. Rosetta is also the type of person who can't really see her potential while others can. She hates compliments as shebelieves their lies, and loves to compliment others.

HISTORY: Rosetta was born into a rich family. She got whatever she wanted when she wanted, If she did what she was told. She was quiet at home for this reason, and only loud at school. You'd think she's be the happiest girl in the world but you'd be greatly mistaken. She did love being rich but she knew her life would change in an instant.
One day she was playing cards with her friends, and got angry at the teacher when she told them to put them away. The cards began to swirl all around the room, and her fear only made it worse. She then ran out the room as she knew it was her fault. She went home and told her parents nothing, practicing her power. She learned she had telekinesis and could lift her entire bed.
She told her parents and they assumed she was joking, until she sliced through the wal with one of her cards. She was kicked out, and learned to summon people while at one the streets. She just wished to be with someone and her carrd opened revealing a man. He screamed and ran away, and she realized what she was.
Rosetta was a mutant, a human with extraordinary power, and learned of the Xavier institute. She is making her way there as we speak.
